These Optum 270CVX and 300CVX tractors spend their lives on heavy draft work, transport, and PTO jobs in fields, yards, and on the road. This operator manual is what I’d keep in the cab to show an operator how to use the controls properly, start and shut down the machine without abusing the driveline, and spot problems before they turn into breakdowns. If, for example, the tractor won’t move after startup or the transmission feels “lazy,” I’d use this book to walk the driver through the correct startup sequence and display checks before we assume anything is actually broken.
