Main components
1. Tiller arm: The truck is manoeuvred by the driver while walking. 204 degree steering area. The brakes are applied in the tiller arm’s upper and lower positions.
2. Identification plate: With model designation, serial number, year of manufacture, weight without battery, battery weight, rated capacity, battery voltage and manufacturer.
3. Covers: Easily opened and removable which allows good access when servicing.
4. Instrument: Combined hour meter/battery controller or hour meter only.
5. Support castor wheels: Two support castor wheels to ensure stability
6. Oil tank: With integrated oil filter.
7. Drive unit with brake: Drive unit with two-stage electromagnetic brake, travel mo- tor, gears and drive wheel combined into a compact unit. Steering bearings between the motor and gears.
8. Electric panel: Hinged, which provides good accessibility when servicing. 24 volt electrical system. Speed control by means of transistors (variable).
9. Hydraulic unit: Pump motor and pump are integrated in a compact unit.
10. Hydraulic valves: The valves are located to provide easy access.
11. Emergency disconnector and battery connector: The battery is recharged via this permanently attached recharging connector.
12. Serial number: Serial number plate fitted to the chassis. Partly hidden by the emergency disconnector.
13. Battery: 24V with different Ah values.
14. Battery safety catch: Security lock for the battery.
15. Hydraulic control: For controlling lifting and lowering functions.
16. Mast: The mast is a clear-view model.
