MTU DiaSYS 2.74 Engine Diagnostic Software

General Description

MTU DiaSys 2.74 (Diagnostic System) is the official diagnostic and parameter management software used to communicate with MTU engines and control units. It provides maintenance and service personnel with the ability to monitor, adjust, analyze, and update engine management systems.

Main Purposes

Establish data communication with MTU control units

Read, modify, and upload engine management parameters

Retrieve fault diagnostics and log files

Record and analyze engine operating data

Synchronize with the central database (located in Friedrichshafen, Germany)

Operating Modes

Online Mode: Enables live data exchange when the PC is connected to the engine control unit via CAN/serial interface.

Offline Mode: Allows analysis of historical data or preparation of software loading/parameter adjustments without a live connection.

Key Features

Parameter Management: View and edit single, 2D, and 3D parameters

Data Recording: Capture engine data and export in CSV or Excel format

Injector Functions: Perform injector coding, testing, deactivation, or replacement

Reset Functions: Reset DOC/DPF, oxygen sensors, and other components

Fault Logs: Read, delete, and export error log files

Maintenance Predictor: Forecast service needs based on load profile and operating hours
