Navistar Engine Diagnostics (NED) stands as a comprehensive diagnostic and programming service tool meticulously crafted for Navistar Engines. This robust PC application is engineered to tackle the diverse array of diagnostic tasks that arise when servicing a fleet comprising various types of trucks. Its expansive coverage spans all J1939 International electronic engine systems. With this tool, you can seamlessly monitor the control system, retrieve diagnostic trouble codes (DTC), adjust parameters, visualize and graph engine data, and execute specialized service bay tests on both engine and aftertreatment systems.

This is a Engine Electronic Control System Diagnostic Tool.

Engine Auto-Detection:
• Calibration ID is used for Engine Detection.Unsupported Calibrations will display “Unknown Engine”
• User can select engine type from Menu>Connection>Connected Engine. Selecting the wrong engine will display incorrect data.

Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC)
– Default displays only ECM faults. Select Show All Modules, to View and/or Clear DTCs from any selected module.

Connection (Sniffer)
– Displays all electronic control modules on the vehicle datalink, but only communicate with the Engine, Aftertreatment and SART Modules.
