Running a Case Patriot 3240 Tier 4B sprayer, you’re usually in big, open fields, covering acres fast and trying not to abuse the machine while you’re watching boom height, pressure, and conditions. This operator manual is what I’d keep handy to run the sprayer correctly, from first startup in the morning to proper shutdown at night. When a new operator complains the machine “won’t move” because a safety interlock isn’t satisfied, this is the book I use to walk them through the right control sequence and daily checks before we start tearing into components for no reason.
